School Use of Trails and Facilities

For many years Porcupine Ski Runners has been inviting schools to bring groups of students to the club to have them experience outdoor winter fun by cross country skiing. More recently that invitation has extended to snowshoeing.

A "school" is defined as any elementary or secondary school (or licensed Day Care) that wishes to use the trail system for recreational purposes as part of extra-curricular activities or as part of a physical education curriculum.

Any school may:

1. Register to visit once a week for skiing or snowshoeing to a maximum of 8 visits. For this program visits must occur on the same day each week and with the same group of students each time.
2. Request single day visits as part of a school activity.
